1960's

The company was reborn and began to develop slowly. The product line was extended with Marsala wine, a much used cooking ingredient. The Marsala is still produced exclusively for Carli by a prestigious old Sicilian vintner and has always been well received by customers.
A new automatic packaging machinery was installed to match the consistent growth of our customer base and the size of the average order. The railway was no longer able to meet customer service requirements, because home delivery services had been terminated at many stations. We launched a home delivery experiment to neighboring areas with our own vehicles.

1970's

...the success of the home delivery initiative was such that we expanded our fleet of delivery vehicles and recruited independent truckers to work exclusively for us in various areas. They used their own vehicles bearing Fratelli Carli logos and advertising. A high level of home delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction was achieved in practically every region of Italy.
Product line expansion continued with two new items:
Red Wine Vinegar, produced by a leading specialist in the industry, and a fine body soap, made with olive oil components and formulated for sensitive skin. The success of the Body Soap was a logical consequence of the success of the Carli Soap for fabrics.

During this decade important recognitions were bestowed on our firm by national sports organizations that appointed Carli "Official purveyor to the Italian Athletic Federation and the Italian Winter Sports Federation".
