Walnut sauce – delicious with a subtle flavour! Our “Salsa di Noci” is a skilful mix of crushed nuts, olive oil and cheese, all brought together with a touch of garlic. Serve diluted with a few tablespoons of cooking water and pour over your pasta dishes.
