Pesto Sauce is an Italian speciality based on fresh basil, garlic, pine kernels, cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato. It gives a tasty, uniquely Mediterranean flavour to your pasta or potato gnocchi, delicious in vegetable soups such as minestrone.
 
Our Pesto Rosso is without a doubt a tribute to the Italian cuisine. It has that inimitable aroma of Mediterranean basil and pine kernels, but the addition of beautiful tomatoes ripened by the Italian sunshine and our Extra Delicato Virgin Olive Oil gives this Pesto a very special quality.
 
Walnut Sauce – delicious with a subtle flavour! Our “Salsa di Noci” is a skilful mix of crushed nuts, olive oil and cheese, all brought together with a touch of garlic. Serve diluted with a few tablespoons of cooking water and pour over your pasta dishes.
