Arrabbiata Sauce: our Arrabbiata Sauce is excellent with tasty slices of sautéed cod, delicious “crostini” made with farmhouse bread, roast potatoes with rosemary.
Artichoke Sauce: add to Carli Spaghetti to make a mouth-watering meal! Enjoy it also as an appetiser on a generous slice of crunchy bread.
Aubergine Sauce: it tastes wonderful served cold on toast, or hot with Carli Tortiglioni or as a topping for a large vegetable pizza, which is both easy and quick to make!
Tuna Sauce: this sauce is deliciously flavoured with olives, a garlic clove, a drizzle of white wine and several other aromatic ingredients that when added to Carli Penne Rigate will make a tasty meal in itself.
After opening, store in the refrigerator, covered with a touch of olive oil and consume within 3 days.

Artichoke Sauce: a recipe based on the finest pieces of artichoke which are tender and crisp as they have been picked while still young in order to retain all their flavour. First-quality tomatoes, olives, fresh fragrant basil and a light touch of green chillies give this sauce an intense flavour and a unique taste.
Aubergine Sauce: wonderfully fleshy aubergines combined with tomatoes to give this sauce mildness and originality. Olives, capers, onions, dried tomatoes, parsley and oregano, a clever mix of flavours and aromas that together make a very tasty sauce for a wide range of uses.
Tuna fish Sauce: prepared with top quality tasty tuna, this creamy and delicate sauce will turn a simple dish of pasta into a complete meal! The taste of taggiasca olives, a hint of garlic, a dash of white wine and several other herbs deliciously flavour this sauce.

Artichoke and Tomato Sauce: tomato pulp 65%, artichokes 16%, olive oil, onions 5%, stoned olives 4%, dried tomatoes 3%, salt, basil 0,5%, capers 0,3%, extra virgin olive oil, green chilli peppers, sugar, wine vinegar, natural flavours. Acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. It may contain olive kernels or fragments.
