SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Black Olive Paste is delicate and refined. To be used spread on toasted slices of bread, or to give special flavour to your meat or fish dishes, or pasta. On crostini for an original aperitif under the Italian sunshine and also for preparing sauces, mixing it with a few tablespoons of fresh cream. Delicious with white meat!
Green Olive Paste is ideal to spread on crostini for an original and healthy aperitif or on toasted slices of bread, with pasta or else for garnishing a savoury tart with courgettes or tomatoes.

CHARACTERISTICS
Black Olive Paste: without colouring or preservatives, this is a delicious speciality of the Mediterranean basin. After a period in brine following the ancestral recipe, the olives are washed many times to make them less salty. They are then fine-ground and reduced to a paste to which Carli Extra Virgin OIive Oil is added. Ideal for spreading on lightly toasted slices of bread for an original appetizer with a taste of Italian sunshine!
Green Olive Paste: it is made with beautiful olives carefully selected for their freshness and flavour, picked at the right moment. They are reduced to a fine paste, which is then enriched with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato and embellished with capers. Its delicate sweet taste and its smoothness make our Green Olive Paste a refined product of Italian gastronomy.
 
INGREDIENTS
Black Olive Paste: paste obtained from black olives in brine 87%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, natural flavours. Acidity corrector: lactic acid. The destoning process is completely automatic, nevertheless pieces of kernels or fragments may be found.
Green Olive Paste: paste obtained from green olives in brine 67%, Carli extra virgin olive oil 32%, capers, salt, natural flavours. Acidity corrector: lactic acid, citric acid. The destoning process is completely automatic, nevertheless pieces of kernels or fragments may be found.
