Carli Jams have an exceptional and matchless taste. The secret of these delights is the traditional recipe, without artificial colouring or additives, made only with good fruit, sugar and a natural gelatinizing agent.
Traditional jams
Our artisan jam maker in Imperia prepares the jams in the traditional way: he chooses fragrant fruit, picked when fully ripe and bursting with Italian sunshine. He gently mixes the fruit with sugar and then he leaves it to cook slowly, for a long time, like in the old days. The jam simmers on a low flame, and the jam maker never takes his eyes off the cauldron. When finally the jam is done to a turn, it is poured in the pots, that are immediately closed and then pasteurized to ensure a perfect and long lasting preservation.

Extra Orange Marmalade: juice and pulp of orange, orange zest, sugar, lemon juice, pectin. Fruit share: 63 grams per 100 grams. Total sugars: 45 grams per 100 grams. Keep in the refrigerator once open. The workshop uses nuts too.
