    Black Olive Paste is delicate and refined. To be used spread on toasted slices of bread, or to give special flavour to your meat or fish dishes, or pasta.     Green Olive Paste is ideal to spread on crostini for an original and healthy aperitif or on toasted slices of bread, with pasta or else for garnishing a savoury tart with courgettes or tomatoes.
    Dried Tomato Paste will add a typical Mediterranean touch to your tomato sauces. It will also be perfect with your pasta, to spread on toasted slices of bread for your aperitifs or else to be served with a savoury cake with dried tomatoes and pistachios.
    As an aperitif, Artichoke Heart Paste makes an ideal topping on Italian "crostini", crunchy slices of toasted bread. It can also be served with pasta or added to delicious vegetable soups such as minestrone.

  • "Ciappine" are flat biscuits made from flour, yeast and olive oil.
    Black Olive Paste is a delicious speciality of the Mediterranean basin. After a period in brine following the ancestral recipe, the olives are washed many times to make them less salty. They are then fine-ground and reduced to a paste to which Carli Extra Virgin OIive Oil is added.
    Green Olive Paste is made with beautiful olives carefully selected for their freshness and flavour, picked at the right moment. They are reduced to a fine paste, which is then enriched with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato and embellished with capers. Its delicate sweet taste and its smoothness make our Green Olive Paste a refined product of Italian gastronomy.
    Dried Tomato Paste: beautiful dried tomatoes, marinated in Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, reduced to a smooth purée, which is then seasoned with a slight touch of balsamic vinegar and salt. A surprising taste, a sweet flavour and a rich smoothness make our Dried Tomato Paste a refined product of Italian gastronomy, sold exclusively by mail order, in 130 g glass jars.
    Artichoke Heart Paste is made from very young artichoke hearts that have been meticulously chosen for their freshness and flavour. They are reduced into a creamy paste flavoured with olive oil, then a touch of vinegar and garlic is added.
