CHARACTERISTICS The excellent flavour of Italian Pasta, which Gragnano claims to produce the best, requires raw ingredients that are the pick of the crop, selected with meticulous care. The durum wheat is combined with very pure water then the pasta is wiredrawn across bronze moulds. The Pasta is then slowly dried at a low temperature in order not to lose any of its flavour. Penne Rigate, Spaghetti and Tortiglioni are all now available in 500 g packets. Each outer casing contains two 500 g packets of the same type of Pasta. Store in a cool dry place.
