Colomba with orange and white chocolate cream filling

Ingredients (for 6 servings):
1 Colomba Carli. Cream: 4 yolks, 80 g of sugar, 500 g of milk, 30 g of flour, 1 orange, 80 g of white chocolate.
Time required: 10 minutes
Preparation: Heat the milk with half of the sugar. In a saucepan, whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, add the flour and then, keeping on stirring, pour slowly the sweetened milk. Stirring constantly, cook the cream over moderate heat until it thickens. Move it away from the heat and flavour with the grated orange peel and the chopped white chocolate. Mix the ingredients with care, protect the cream with a plastic wrap and then put it in the refrigerator. Cut the Colomba into slices and serve with the orange and white chocolate cream.
