SERVING SUGGESTION
You can enjoy this cake at the end of a meal, for breakfast or as a snack, on its own or with ice cream. Everyone will admire not only its delicate taste, but also its elegant pearly white wrapping, which is subtly enhanced by a green ribbon.

CHARACTERISTICS
Its extraordinary moistness is due to the painstaking work of our pastry chef, who ensures that the dough is allowed to rise in the correct ambient temperature. The Colomba is then covered with a fine layer of icing sprinkled with exquisite whole almonds from the south of Italy, chosen for their unique flavour. With its generous filling of air-dried candied orange zest, our Colomba has the sweet flavour of citrus fruit, which is complimented by the discreet aroma of vanilla and of course we use our Olive Oil to replace the butter content. These ingredients all contribute to our cake's delicate quality and sophistication.
Our Carli Colomba weighing one kilo will be delivered to you carefully packaged in order to ensure that all of its freshness and flavour are retained.

INGREDIENTS
Pastry ingredients (85%): wheat flour, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), water, egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, Carli extra virgin olive oil 7,6%, eggs. Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of alimentary fatty acids. Salt, aromas. Icing ingredients (15%): sugar, almonds, vegetable fat, powdered egg whites, rice flour, water, modified starch, malted wheat flour. Produced in a factory that also uses nuts, milk and soy. Store in a cool dry place.
