Carli stuffed chillies are heart shaped, slightly hot and with an excellent filling. They are picked at full ripening between September and October. We only choose chillies of proper dimensions. They get pickled after the inside part is removed. At the right time they get drained, washed and centrifuged. They get stuffed with a filling of tuna fish, capers and anchovies and covered up with Carli olive oil. Everyone likes them, they are an excellent appetizer or hors d’oeuvre, but even a great side dish to any of your second courses.
