Without colouring or preservatives, this is a delicious speciality of the Mediterranean basin.
After a period in brine following the ancestral recipe, the olives are washed many times to make
them less salty. They are then fine-ground and reduced to a paste to which Carli Extra Virgin
OIive Oil is added.
Ideal for spreading on lightly toasted slices of bread for an original appetizer with a taste of Italian sunshine!
