SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Our Tuna Fish preserved in olive oil is a first-class nourishment, comparable to any other white meat, such as veal. Carli Tuna Fish is a healthy alternative to meat steaks, a reliable food to be considered in every balanced diet, both for grown-ups and children. It perfectly matches your salads, main courses, but it is even delicious on its own.
You can eat Sardines:
  • As they are, with a slice of crusty bread, a green salad or boiled potatoes
  • As a spread, by mashing and combining them with chopped parsley and chives and then generously spreading the mixture onto rounds of toast as an aperitif
  • As a topping, for pizzas, savoury tarts and flaky pastry
  • In a sandwich, with a few slices of tomatoes and green salad leaves
CHARACTERISTICS
Tuna Fish is exclusively White Tuna “Thunnus Alalunga”, hook caught in the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean along the Spanish coasts. It is prepared directly on the fishing spot. That is why it is so flavoured, fragrant, lean and easy to digest. Tuna Fish in oil gets better in time, as it gets a full flavour.
