Faithful to the traditional authentic recipe from the region of Liguria, they are preserved in brine, therefore absorbing the delicate aroma of thyme, rosemary and bay that together make them completely unique. They will brighten every meal you cook by producing many delicious recipes!
Stoned Olives, after having been marinated in brine as per the traditional recipe, their stones are removed and they are covered with our Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Softly moist and delicate, they are very easy to use and will enhance your salads, your hors d’oeuvres and pizzas. So sublimely delicious!
