How do we prepare Carli Dried Tomatoes?

Tomatoes are hand selected and picked at full ripening by choosing only all those suitable fruits. Then they get sliced, salted and dried on proper grills. Afterwards they get covered up with Carli extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with vinegar and oregano.
