How do we prepare Carli Pesto Sauce?

For preparing Carli Pesto Sauce we follow a typical Ligurian recipe. It is made with only natural and genuine ingredients and enriched with Carli extra virgin olive oil, without adding any colouring or preservative.

The preparation is very easy: the little basil’s leaves are carefully washed and drained, then we add all the other ingredients ( kernels, cheese, salt and garlic), meticulously crushed and then directly packed into the pots.
