Preparation
Cook the Ziti in a sauce pan of salted boiling water, drain it and place it in a salad bowl. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, mix and leave to cool. Peel and thinly chop the chives, cut the stalks into small pieces, peel and slice the garlic cloves. Slowly cook in a frying pan the garlic, the chives and their stalks into two tablespoons of olive oil. Whip up oil and vinegar in a salad bowl, seasoning to taste. Add the Ziti, the cherry tomatoes, the cooked garlic and chives, olives and chillies. Mix and serve it with some fresh dill or chopped chives scattering.
