Pasta with curly endive

Ingredients (For 4 people):
350 g Carli Ziti Corti Rigati, 1 head of curly endive, 20 g Carli Stoned Black Olives, 4 tablespoons of Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato, 30 g grated pecorino (sheep milk) cheese, a small piece of chilli, salt.

Time required: 40 minutes

Preparation
Wash and dry the curly endive then cut it into thin slices; chop coarsely the Stoned Olives. Heat the oil in a saucepan with chilli and add the curly endive. Cover the saucepan and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Boil pasta in salted water. Drain it and put it in a heated serving dish, add the sauce you prepared, after removing the chilli and sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese.
