Preparation
Wash and dry the curly endive then cut it into thin slices; chop coarsely the Stoned Olives. Heat the oil in a saucepan with chilli and add the curly endive. Cover the saucepan and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Boil pasta in salted water. Drain it and put it in a heated serving dish, add the sauce you prepared, after removing the chilli and sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese.
