Ingredients (For 4 people):
4 apricots, 60 g of flour, ½ packet of baking powder, 50 ml of Carli Cooking Olive Oil, 20 g of powdered almonds, 60 g of castor sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt
Time required: 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking time
Preparation
Work together the egg and sugar in a bowl. Add the oil, flour, baking powder and powdered almonds. Share the mixture among 4 small cake tins, and then add 1 apricot cut into four to each tin. Cook for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Leave to cool slightly, and then take out of their tins. Eat warm or cold with apricot sorbet.
