Rolled Chicken with Pesto
Ingredients (For 4 people):
4 chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons of Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tablespoons of Carli Pesto, 150 ml of white wine, salt and pepper.

Preparation
Open and flatten the chicken breasts. Cover each chicken breast with a tablespoon of pesto, add pepper, roll and tie with string. Place the 4 rolled chicken breasts in a frying pan of heated oil and brown for 3 minutes, lightly salt and add the white wine. Allow to cook for 10 minutes over a low heat. Serve immediately with boiled potatoes. These rolled chicken breasts are very quick to prepare and are full of the aroma of basil!
