Zoom Penne with prawns and pesto

Ingredients (For 4 people):
400 g Carli Penne Rigate, 400 g shelled and cooked prawns, 1 jar of Carli Artichoke Hearts, 1 jar of Carli Pesto Sauce, 2 tablespoons of Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato, salt and pepper.
 
Time required: 10 minutes preparation + 12 minutes cooking time
Preparation
Cook the penne in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Meanwhile, fry the prawns and halved artichokes in the oil in a shallow pan. Add pepper and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Take 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water and mix with the pesto. Add this sauce to the al dente pasta, and then mix in the prawns and artichokes. A delicious combination of surf and turf!
