Zoom Caserecce "Di Casa Mia"

Ingredients (For 4 people):
400 g Carli Caserecce, 2 tablespoons of Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato, 200 g Carli Tuna Fish, 250 g of cherry tomatoes, 100 g Carli Stoned Black Olives, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 clove of garlic, a few leaves of basil, salt and pepper.
 
Time required: 5 minutes preparation time + 15 minutes cooking time
Preparation
Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water. While it is cooking, brown the onion in a shallow saucepan. Add the halved tomatoes, then the olives. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat, and then add the drained tuna and the garlic. Season with pepper and leave to cook for 2 minutes. Mix the cooked al dente pasta with the sauce and add the basil. A complete meal that is quick to prepare and full of flavours that complement each other!
