Ingredients (For 4 people):
4 very thinly sliced veal escalopes, 2 eggs, 200 g dried breadcrumbs, 50 g flour, 4 tablespoons of Carli Tradizionale Cooking Olive Oil, salt, pepper, 1 lemon.
Time required: 5 minutes preparation time + 10 minutes cooking time
Preparation
Put the flour, beaten eggs and dried breadcrumbs on 3 separate plates. Roll the escalopes in the flour, dip in the egg mixture then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the escalopes for 5 minutes on each side. Add salt, pepper to taste and serve with a splash of lemon juice.
