Preparation
Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Put the pasta in the water and cook until al dente. At the same time, brown in the oil in a large frying pan, the parsley and whole clove of garlic. Add the drained and finely cut olives, then the capers and allow to cook over a gentle heat for 3 minutes. Remove the garlic clove. Drain the pasta and pour immediately into the frying pan and sauté so that it mixes completely with the olives and capers. Place on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
