Preparation
Mix together, the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the oil and water and allow the dough to double in size. Roll the pizza dough into a circle, and then cover with pesto. Add the Mozzarella, lightly salt and pepper. Garnish with the drained sardine filets and olives. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve straight from the oven. This pizza can also be eaten the next day served cold.
