Pizza with Sardines and Olives

Ingredients (For 6 people):
For the pizza base: 350 g flour, ½ sachet powdered yeast, 210 ml water, 5 tablespoons Carli’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Delicato”, 1 teaspoon salt.
For the topping: 6 Carli Sardines, 250 g slices of Mozzarella, 15 black olives in brine, 4 tablespoons of Carli’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Delicato”, 2 tablespoons of pesto, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.

Time required: 20 minutes preparation time + 25 minutes cooking time

Preparation
Mix together, the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the oil and water and allow the dough to double in size. Roll the pizza dough into a circle, and then cover with pesto. Add the Mozzarella, lightly salt and pepper. Garnish with the drained sardine filets and olives. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve straight from the oven. This pizza can also be eaten the next day served cold.
