Time required: 10 minutes preparation time + 25 minutes cooking time
Preparation
In a heavy base saucepan, brown the onions in the oil then add the sardines and 3 tablespoons of water. Cover, reduce the heat and cook very gently for 20 minutes stirring from time to time. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until “al dente”, and then drain. Add the hot sauce and season with some ground pepper and some rosemary. Serve immediately and enjoy!
