Pear and honey cake

Ingredients (For 6 people):
1 kg of cored pears sliced into quarters, 190 g of flour, 200 ml of Carli ”Tradizionale” Olive Oil, 190 g of icing sugar, 1 sachet of baking powder (15 g), 3 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 40 g of Carli Wildflower Honey.
 
Time required: 10 minutes preparation time and 50 minutes cooking time

Preparation
In a frying pan, caramelize the pears in 4 tablespoons of oil and the honey. Mix the rest of the oil with the sugar and the salt, add the eggs one by one, then the flour and the yeast and finally the pears. Pour the preparation into a floured and oiled tin. Cook in the oven at 180° C for 50 minutes. Add crème anglaise and you have a sophisticated dessert without the butter content.
