Ingredients (For 4 people):
320 g of Carli Caserecce, 200 g radicchio lettuce, 1 clove of garlic, 150 g sausages, ½ glass dry white wine, 4 tablespoons of cream, 60 g of grated parmesan, Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato, salt, pepper.
Time required: 30 minutes
Preparation
In a frying pan, brown the garlic and sausages (that have been cut into pieces). Add the wine and allow to cook gently for 5 minutes. Add a little salt and plenty of pepper, then the cream. In another frying pan, rapidly fry the radicchio lettuce in the oil and add to the sauce. Meanwhile, cook the Caserecce pasta until al dente, drain and coat it with the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan.
