Meatballs in a spicy sauce

Ingredients (4 servings):
600 g of minced beef, 200 g of white sliced bread, 1 egg, ½ glass of milk, 1 jar of Carli all'Arrabbiata Sauce, 2 tablespoons of Carli Delicato Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 thinly sliced onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 50 g of grated parmesan, 1 pinch of grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.
 
Time required: 15 minutes preparation time+ 15 minutes cooking time

Preparation
Soak the bread in the milk then drain. Add the minced meat, egg, parsley, garlic, parmesan and onion previously fried for 3 minutes in a little oil. Add salt, pepper and season with the nutmeg. Mix all together and make into small balls that you will fry, until golden, in the remaining oil for 15 minutes turning regularly. Pour over them the sauce and serve. With rice or pasta, this is a complete meal.
