Strawberry Tart
Ingredients (For 4 persons):
For the pastry base:
150 g flour, 20 g powdered almonds, 70 ml Carli Cooking Olive Oil, 60 g icing sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg
For the filling:
500 g washed and hulled strawberries, 250 ml milk, 2 egg yolks, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar,
3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
Time required: 20 minutes + 25 minutes cooking time
