Preparation Make the pastry by mixing together the ingredients, then roll it out and put into the tart dish.
Riddle with a fork. Fill the pastry base with the Gruyere cheese, and then gently place the drained peppers on top, alternating the different colours. Sprinkle with olives and cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.This brightly coloured tart has all the warmth of the Mediterranean sun! Serve warm with a green salad to make an excellent healthy meal!
