2 Pepper TartPepper Tart

Ingredients (for 6 people):
For the short crust pastry: 200g flour - 100 ml Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil - ½ teaspoon of salt - 1 egg – 3 tablespoons of water
For the filling: 1 jar of Roasted Peppers - 10 Carli Black Olives - 100g of grated gruyere cheese
 
Time required: 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking time.

  
Preparation

Make the pastry by mixing together the ingredients, then roll it out and put into the tart dish.
Riddle with a fork. Fill the pastry base with the Gruyere cheese, and then gently place the drained peppers on top, alternating the different colours.
Sprinkle with olives and cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.This brightly coloured tart has all the warmth of the Mediterranean sun!
Serve warm with a green salad to make an excellent healthy meal!
