Ingredients (for 6 persons): 3 fresh or canned pears, 100g flour, 100g sugar, 3 eggs, ½ sachet of baking powder, 125 ml milk, 4 tablespoons of Carli Cooking Olive Oil, 1 pinch of salt
Time required: 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking time.
Preparation Peel the pears and cut into thin slices. Mix in a bowl the eggs, sugar and salt, then add flour and baking powder. Thin down with warm milk and oil. Add the slices of pear. Pour into a baking tin strewed with oil and flour and cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° C.
Thanks to the olive oil, this quick cake is extremely moist. It tastes delicious warm or cold, for instance served with a pear sorbet.
