Ingredients (for 6 persons): 250 g of lentils, 300 g of fresh cultivated mushrooms, 2 onions, 6 tablespoons of Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 bay leaf, 2 sprigs of thyme, 3 carrots, 1.5 litre of chicken stock,
6 teaspoons of fresh cream, Salt, pepper
