Carli Balsamic Vinegar is made in Vignola, which is located in the province of Modena, using only the must of sunkissed and naturally sweet grapes, grown exclusively on the vineyards of Trebbiano, Lambrusco and Sangiovese.  Our vinegar is the result of a unique process: it is produced through the skilful acidification of wine vinegar and grapes must, cooked over a direct heat. When this mixture reaches the ideal level of concentration, it is cooled and filtered.  Then it matures in a range of different wooden barrels of smaller and smaller size. This process allows the blending  of the scents of wood and vanilla, which together create the  harmony of Carli Balsamic Vinegar.
Dark brown and easy to pour, this unique nectar comes in  a syrupy texture, and has a sweet savoury taste.
